After you posted on FB BZ about your blog, I decided to check it out... might I add, while at work. I have a great job as an educator and QAPI coordinator (a lot of desk work) I miss patient care so much, in fact looking for some other opportunites such as 3p-3a back in postpartum... somedays (most days) sitting at a desk is pure torture- but it works with my husbands fire dept schedule and really is a great job.... Anyway- Your blog made my day so much better. I enjoyed reading your entries and being reminded of the days when I would put Alli in her Kangaroo Korner pouch and DH and I would go out to dinner, or when at 6 weeks I had Patrick in the Ergo in the Outer Banks on vacation (countless friends have used my pouch and Ergo)... and every week how the daycare would politely ask if we were starting solids and I'd say "no, not yet." Also read the post about the swing- both my kids were swing adicts and I still remember from BZ when you made Kevin convert your swing from batteries to electric (I think that was you). I did chuckle though- we do not co sleep but DH has been away and so Alli likes to sleep with me when he's away and so I brought Patrick in too. He woke me up at 0130 this morning and said "Take me to my bed! I want my room" So thank you for adding some brigtness to my day at work! Love your blog and your photos are fantastic too!
